Mapping and gathering Russian artists and cultural workers in exile
This report emphasizes the need for targeted policies and programs that
recognize the value and vulnerabilities of cultural workers in exile. By providing appropriate support, host countries can facilitate their integration, leverage their talents, and foster cross-cultural exchanges that enrich both the individuals and the host societies. The insights garnered from this study aim to inform policymakers, cultural institutions, and support organizations, guiding them in crafting effective strategies to support this dynamic and valuable community of exiled cultural workers.
